Stayed at the hotel Rex for four nights part of a coach tour holiday with middletons from start to finish excellent service staff food and location was excellent luckily we had a balcony room an extra plus
We have just returned from this Hotel what a great Hotel the staff are amazing very helpful. The food was exceptional and the location is perfect. We cannot wait to go back we really enjoyed it if the steak pie is on the menu make sure to have it !
Lovely hotel,all the staff were great from the the moment we arrived to when we left..it was only an overnight stay but we would definately book to come back..especially pleased and grateful that they were able to accommodate one of our group who had been let down by a booking elsewhere,we had a double room and a twin booked,the twin was a family room so there was a spare bed so was an easy fix,they could've said no but were extremely accommodating,thankyou..I like the little attention to detail,breakfast was really nice,things like the toast brought out before the main so you can eat it hot,not brought out with the main so it goes cold,the beans in a separate little pot so they don't make everything soggy,these little,subtle things make for a good stay..the room was clean and comfy and the shower hot,always a bonus !! All in all a very good stay,quiet at night and lovely to be able to wake up to see the sea view..thankyou...
ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL. FANTASTIC POSITION OPPOSITE THE BEACH AND 5 MINUTES FROM THE HARBOUR. HOTEL WAS SPOTLESS EVERYWHERE. PAID FOR A BALCONY ROOM AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. STAFF SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL. LOVELY COMFY BED WITH NICE LINEN. FOOD REALLY GOOD. DIDN`T WANT TO LEAVE. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN
Rooms could be a bit bigger. Bed was a bit hard. But nice and clean. Staff seemed friendly.
Simply perfect! The location was perfect for a seaside stay, just what I was looking for. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout and went above and beyond to be lovely. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet – I slept really well. Great facilities too, with a generous selection of tea, coffee, and even some biscuits provided, which was a lovely touch. Overall, excellent value for the price. I’d definitely book again!
Came to this hotel with Paul Winston coach holiday. It was definitely a brilliant holiday. The hotel couldn't be faulted,the staff from porters to management could not have been more helpful and the food and catering staff were the best. Thank you.

On arrival our luggage was taken from our coach by Rex Hotel staff and delivered to our rooms.Room and Communal areas beautiful decor and always kept tidy and clean. The choices from the menu served in the Restaurant and presentation were delicious. Staff at all times are a credit to the hotel. We had six days 7nights and will be going back ASAP J Roberts room 19.
